Employer Enrollment Information

Every two years, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) sponsors a 30-day open enrollment period during which state-fund (non-self-insured) employers can choose a different workers' compensation managed care organization if they wish. Unfortunately, the open enrollment period has passed and will not be held again until 2008.
