A. University Hospitals CompCare makes payments to providers in a timely manner for approved, medically necessary procedures for all Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC)-allowed, work-related claims.

Q. How do physicians and other providers know whom to bill?

A. Complete billing information is included on employees’ University Hospitals CompCare identification cards.
