Screen Resolution

This site was setup for optimal viewing at a resolution of 800x600 or better.

Web Browsers

To use the major features in this site, you must have one of the following browsers installed.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher;
• Netscape Navigator 4.06 or higher;
• Netscape Communicator 4.06 or higher;

However, some advanced features i.e., financial transactions, message integrity, security measures, require additional browser support. Only the latest versions of Netscape (4.76 or higher) and Internet Explorer (5.0 and higher) fully support these advanced features. Note that Internet Explorer 5.0 is required for the Macintosh platform.

You can download the Internet Explorer browser for free at http://www.microsoft.com. You can also download Netscape Communicator and Navigator for free at http://www.netscape.com.

Adobe Acrobat Reader

Adobe Acrobat Reader is software that lets you view and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files. It also lets you fill in and submit PDF forms.

We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 and above in order to print the PDF files. However version 3.0 will allow you to view the PDF files. The Adobe Acrobat Reader software may be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com.

The University Hospitals CompCare web site is divided into four main areas. Each area is designed for a specific audience. The Home page is designed to meet the needs of all visitors and is the lead in to all other areas of the site.

The Employer Information area is designed for all employers, those that have aleady choosen University Hospitals CompCare and those looking for more information.

The Provider Information area is designed for all medical providers processing Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation claims.

The Employee Information area is designed for all Injured Workers
